This is a great phone. I have no need for a smart phone and just want something simple. The calls come in clear and I haven't seemed to lose signal once since I've had it. Since I only use it for a few calls and mostly texts, it can hold a charge for just about a week before it even loses one dot on the battery life. The only thing I haven't liked is that when I text with the T9 it spells out words that I don't want to use (i.e. I want to type "at" and what comes up is "attempt". If I press space then I have to delete the extra letters. Very frustrating.)

I have had one for about a year and am impressed by the ruggedness, sound and long time between charges (about two weeks). So I ordered another. There are several sellers here advertising used, refurbished and new. Mine (from Zionike) was advertised as new in non-retail packaging. It looks new, but did not have a manual or the advertised 4 GB micro SD card, which makes me wonder if it is actually refurbished. Fortunately I have a spare micro SD.

Smartphones are too big to conveniently drop in my pocket and the open screens are too vulnerable for my level of activity. I need a flip phone. No time to play around on the web but some internet access would be useful. Waterproof case was important. After much research, this phone seemed to fit the bill. Just started using this phone so I can't rate on reliability, but I can tell you the sound quality is excellent, easy keys, nice functions, perfect size and very solid for tough conditions. So far very happy.
